Hi! I'm Dustie, and I'm thrilled to bring a fantastic place for people in The Capital City and East Lansing to relax and enjoy themselves. Over the years, my passion for food, drinks, and wine has helped me build great connections, relationships, and knowledge.
We are excited to open The Goat on Grand River, LLC. I have carefully chosen a talented staff with diverse backgrounds and experiences in the culinary world and customer service. Our teams combined experience and talents stretch over 100 years.


Dustie is personally committed to providing the best ingredients and an unforgettable experience, from the shows to the food, at his restaurants and speakeasies. We can't wait to see all your happy faces soon. And don't worry, The Goat on Grand River will have a well-stocked bar for you to enjoy and a mouthwatering seasonal menu. Chester Kosinski Is The Goats brand Chief Operations officer, Chester has a love and niche for animals in his daily life, and enjoys preparing and managing food while working with the restaurant and catering brands associated to The Goat displaying his education from his late fathers’ own culinary journey.

    Ronda is a dedicated to service through many years as a marijuana patient caregiver before the Michigan legalization in 2018. Ronda manages the operations for The Goat Hospitality Group.
