  • Ham, vegetable and Cheese Sous vide omelet with roasted red potatoes

  • Power Jack Cakes with bourbon maple syrup, chicken sausage and scrambled vegetable/egg whites

  • Blueberry Flaxseed muffin with Homemade preserves and veggie egg white scramble

  • Sausage, Egg and Spinach Scramble with Red Potatoes

  • Ham and Cheese Quiche

Lunch:

  • Grilled Chicken Kale, Quinoa Salad with lemon tarragon Cesar dressing.

  • Blacked Salmon Patties with wilted Michigan Greens Brown rice with Quinoa

  • Peppered beef with sweet chili snow peas and brown rice with quinoa
